Russian drones damaged several buildings in Kiev, Ukraine attacked Ilsky
During a nighttime attack by Russian drones on the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, a fire broke out on the roof of an administrative building in the Pechersk district, which is one of the most important buildings of the local administration.
According to Timur Tkachenko, head of the city's military administration, the attack damaged the central building of the local Ukrainian government – Reuters reports that eyewitnesses saw thick smoke rising from the center of Kyiv.
In addition to this building, debris from the destroyed drones also caused a fire on the roof of a sixteen-story residential building. Firefighting teams were on site.
According to Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko, people could hear a series of explosions during the night. The exact number of casualties has not yet been confirmed.
Ukrainian drones attacked the Ilsky refinery in Russia's Krasnodar region during the night, causing a fire to break out in one of the processing plants.
According to the regional administration, the fire was quickly extinguished, no casualties were reported, and refinery personnel were temporarily evacuated to shelters.
