Zelenskyy: We will only use Tomahawks against military targets, not against civilians

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that if the United States provides Ukraine with Tomahawk missiles, they will be used exclusively against military targets and never against civilians in Russia.

He made this announcement in an interview with Fox News while US President Donald Trump is still considering their delivery.
However, Zelensky added that he considers Russia's fears to be proof of their effectiveness. “If they are afraid of the Tomahawks, maybe that will bring peace,” he said.

Zelensky also reported a “positive and productive” phone call with Trump on Saturday, during which they discussed Russian attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure and ways to strengthen air defenses.
