Zelensky: I will discuss the most sensitive points of peace with Trump personally

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video address on Monday evening that the proposed peace plan he is currently negotiating with the US and European partners already contains the "right" elements, but the most important and sensitive points remain to be discussed with US President Donald Trump.

According to Zelensky, after the Geneva talks, the number of sticking points has decreased, but work on the peace framework continues. "Our teams have already presented a draft of steps today, which is really the right approach," he said.

He stressed that the drafting of the final document would remain challenging, while praising the "constructive approach" of the United States.

Zelensky warned that Russia was trying to disrupt the peace process and urged Ukrainians to be more cautious about air strikes.
