Putin receives Witkoff in Kremlin, Sybiha speaks about Russia's threats

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha has accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of threatening free navigation in the Black Sea.

He was reacting to Putin's repeated statements, which he said prove that Russia is not interested in ending the war.

"Yesterday he talked about readiness to fight throughout the winter, today he threatens ports and shipping," Sybiha wrote on Platform X.

Meanwhile, Putin received U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner at the Kremlin, as captured in published photos. Adviser Yuri Ushakov and envoy Kirill Dmitriev were also present at the meeting; interpreters were not absent.
