Two Dead, Three Injured in Explosion in Southern England

Two people were killed and three others, including a child, were injured after an explosion at a house in the southern English city of Bristol, police said on Sunday. The injuries were described as minor.

Police declared the incident a serious case but said it is not being treated as an act of terrorism. Avon and Somerset Police Commander Matt Ebbs later described it as a domestic-related incident.

Officers are also investigating a property in Bristol linked to the explosion. Authorities said the inquiry is at an early stage and that they are not currently seeking any additional suspects.
