South Korean President and Japanese Prime Minister to Meet

South Korean President Lee Jae Myung and Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi will hold a summit on Tuesday, the South Korean president's office said on Sunday. The office described the meeting as an important opportunity to deepen trust and friendship between the two countries.

The summit will take place in Lee's hometown of Andong and will include a state dinner and traditional cultural performances.
