Trump Revokes NDAs for UFO Witnesses

President Donald Trump has ordered federal agencies to allow former government employees and contractors to be released from non-disclosure agreements if they possess relevant information about unidentified flying objects (UFOs), officially referred to as unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). Fox News reported this.

Witnesses will be able to testify before designated Pentagon officials from the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office or before the presidential task force PURSUE without fear of civil penalties or criminal prosecution. The measure is not intended to declassify documents directly but to remove legal barriers for witnesses who have so far been reluctant to cooperate with government investigations.

Information obtained through these authorized interviews will undergo the standard declassification process, and any material findings will ultimately be made public. The move is part of the administration's broader effort to release historical records related to UFOs, with a particular focus on unexplained incidents.

Among the recently declassified material were details about an object observed over the Pantex nuclear facility and infrared images of a six-pointed, star-shaped object recorded in 2025. Administration officials have said another batch of declassified files will be released in the near future.
