Ukraine to Supply Drones to US and Join Pentagon Program

Ukraine has reached an agreement with the United States to export unmanned aerial vehicles to the Pentagon's Drone Dominance program, which tests the capabilities of attack drones in conditions simulating a modern battlefield.

According to a Reuters source, six Ukrainian companies have received permission to export approximately 100 drones each. The agreement forms part of broader negotiations between Kyiv and Washington on cooperation in unmanned technologies.

Ukrainian drones have gained international recognition during the war with Russia, boosting foreign interest in both purchasing and testing them.

Kyiv has already concluded similar agreements with several European and Middle Eastern countries and is gradually easing restrictions on arms exports, although the government continues to maintain strict control over the sector.

The first round of the Drone Dominance program was won by a drone developed by the Ukrainian company Skyfall in collaboration with the British firm Skycutter.
