Explosion in Central Moscow Kills Three, Injures 15

Three people were killed and another 15 injured in an explosion near a business in central Moscow on Saturday evening, Moscow police said in a statement.

The explosion occurred around 8 p.m. local time at an outdoor café located in or near one of Moscow's seven Stalin-era skyscrapers at Kudrinskaya Square. Police said the injured sustained injuries of varying severity.

Investigators and emergency responders were on the scene, police added.
