USS Abraham Lincoln Leaves Thailand After Port Call
The US aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln left Thailand on Sunday after a five-day port call, concluding a brief break during a long deployment that also included operations in the Middle East, the US Navy said.
The carrier had been at sea for more than 250 days, while deployments of military vessels typically last six to nine months.
The ship, which has a crew of approximately 5,000, took part in the US naval blockade and combat operations during the war with Iran.
