Kremlin: Abu Dhabi Preferred Venue for Ukraine Talks

Moscow regards Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, as a preferred venue for potential talks to end the war in Ukraine, Kremlin adviser Yuri Ushakov informed.

At the same time, Russia again linked a ceasefire to a halt in US support for Kyiv. Speaking on Russian state television, Ushakov added that the United States should stop providing aid to Ukraine if the war is to end.

Earlier on Wednesday, the Kremlin said it hoped talks would resume soon, after a phone call between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin. However, it remains unclear when the next round of negotiations might take place.
