Kyiv Region Attack Kills Four, Including Three Children

A Russian overnight attack on the Kyiv region killed four people, three of them children, regional authorities said on Sunday.

A mother and her two three-year-old children were killed when a Russian drone strike hit a private home, emergency responders reported.

Kyiv regional governor Tymur Tkachenko said a young girl died in hospital after a separate drone attack in another district. The region was under enemy attack for more than a day, he added, with 31 sites damaged across five districts.

The south-western district of Fastiv was the hardest hit, with 24 sites damaged, including homes, industrial and engineering buildings, an agricultural enterprise complex and vehicles.
