Musk reaches agreement with former Twitter managers who had demanded $128 million

Elon Musk and X Corp have agreed to an out-of-court settlement with four former Twitter executives who claimed that Musk failed to pay them the promised severance payments of €110 million after acquiring the company.

They are former CEO Parag Agrawal, CFO Ned Segal, Chief Legal Officer Vijaya Gadde, and General Counsel Sean Edgett.

Details of the agreement have not been disclosed. The judge adjourned the hearing to allow the settlement to be finalized. The former executives claimed that Musk wrongfully accused them of misconduct and fired them after they sued him for attempting to back out of the purchase of Twitter.

They claim they are entitled to a year's salary and stock options. X and Musk denied any wrongdoing. This is one of several lawsuits following Musk's takeover of Twitter, including cases involving fired employees whom X allegedly owes $430 million.
