Ukraine has submitted proposals for energy projects to the US

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine has submitted concrete proposals to the United States for intergovernmental and public-private cooperation projects in the areas of gas infrastructure and nuclear energy. This was reported by the daily newspaper Ukrainska pravda.

The United States has reaffirmed its willingness to supply Europe with gas and oil to replace Russian energy supplies. Zelensky pointed out that Europe can achieve energy independence primarily thanks to cooperation with Ukraine, which has the necessary capacity and infrastructure.

Representatives of Ukraine and the United States are currently working out the details of joint energy projects.

The president said that Ukraine has also achieved significant results in cooperation with Slovakia, the US, and other partners.
