Ryabkov: Putin-Trump summit is on the agenda, I don't rule anything out
Russia admits the possibility of another meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump.
This was hinted at by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, who told the state-run International Affairs magazine that while nothing is definite, dialogue between Moscow and Washington may continue at the highest level.
"I don't rule anything out," Riabkov said, adding that efforts to find a common path remain. The politician described the progress in establishing dialogue between Russia and the US as "impressive".
The possible summit between the Russian and US leaders in Budapest is not the first time it has been discussed, but a specific date is not yet on the table.
