Trump addressed Gaza with Netanyahu, invited him to White House
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke on the phone with US President Donald Trump on Monday. Their conversation came shortly after the US president took to social media to call on Israel to continue dialogue with Syria.
According to a statement from the prime minister's office, the call focused on the disarmament of Hamas, the demilitarization of the Gaza Strip and the possibility of establishing diplomatic relations with countries that do not yet recognize Israel.
Trump also invited Netanyahu to a personal meeting at the White House, the exact date has not yet been set.
