The US will mediate further talks between Kiev and Moscow in Abu Dhabi

Ukraine and Russia will meet again at the negotiating table in early February as part of trilateral talks mediated by the United States.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that the meetings are scheduled for February 4 and 5 in Abu Dhabi and follow up on reports submitted to him by the Ukrainian negotiating team.

According to Zelensky, Kyiv is ready for a substantive and constructive discussion aimed at achieving real progress towards a dignified end to the war. He stressed that Ukraine is interested in concrete results, not formal negotiations without substance.

He considers the very fact that the dialogue is continuing to be an important signal, although he has not yet disclosed the details of the agenda. The president also thanked his partners who are helping to keep the diplomatic channel open.
