Musk Lashes Out at French Judges as X Faces Investigation

Elon Musk and former X chief Linda Yaccarino are facing a judicial investigation in France over allegations that the platform failed to prevent the distribution of child sexual abuse material and the misuse of the Grok artificial intelligence tool to generate sexually explicit deepfake content, Le Figaro reports.

The French prosecutor's office has tasked an investigating judge with examining whether X executives may be complicit in these activities. Musk has responded with a series of personal attacks on French judges.

"They're faker than a chocolate euro and queerer than a pink flamingo in a neon tutu!" Musk said.

He used similar language in February following a raid on X's French offices. The platform denies the allegations, calling them a politically motivated abuse of justice. Musk has also repeatedly attacked the Paris prosecutor's office, which he has described as a tool of left-wing non-governmental organizations.

Telegram founder Pavel Durov has expressed support for Musk, accusing the French authorities of restricting freedom of expression and privacy.
