Ukraine Strikes Chemical Plant Deep Inside Russia

The Ukrainian military has struck a large chemical plant operated by Metafrax in Russia's Perm region, roughly 1,700 km from the Ukrainian border, President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Saturday.

"The company's products supply dozens of other Russian military production facilities, including aircraft equipment and drones, missile engines, and explosives. The production process at the enterprise has now been halted", Zelensky said on Telegram.
