Russia Threatens Series of Strikes on Military Targets in Kyiv

Russia has announced it will launch a "series of systematic strikes" against Ukrainian defense enterprises in Kyiv. The Russian Foreign Ministry has also called on foreign citizens to leave the Ukrainian capital.

Moscow says the planned attacks are in response to an alleged Ukrainian drone strike on a student dormitory on Friday, a claim Ukraine's military has denied. Ukrainian forces said they had instead struck an elite unit responsible for controlling drones.
