UK Pledges 150,000 Drones and Missiles to Ukraine

Britain will provide Ukraine with 150,000 drones by the end of 2026, Defense Minister Dan Jarvis announced at a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in Brussels.

The deliveries will form part of a package worth £752m (approx. $996m), which also includes 350 air defense missiles and ground-based radar systems.

Funding will come from a British loan to Ukraine totaling £2.26bn ($2.99bn), backed by proceeds from frozen Russian state assets.

Jarvis co-chaired the meeting with his German counterpart and also held separate talks with US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and defense ministers from France and Ukraine.
