Qatari Citizen Killed by Shrapnel amid Iranian Drone Attacks

The Qatari Ministry of the Interior announced on Sunday that a Qatari citizen had died from injuries caused by shrapnel as a result of "military operations in the area". This occurred after the vessel on which he was traveling with another person went missing.

The ministry said the other person was injured and added that the missing vessel was located early Sunday morning, following search operations that had begun the day before.

However, it did not specify where the incident took place or whether the debris was linked to the Iranian drones that attacked US military bases in Kuwait and Bahrain on Sunday.
