Macron to Visit Syria for Talks on Bilateral Ties

French President Emmanuel Macron will visit Syria to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest, the Syrian president's media director said on Sunday.

Macron, who will be accompanied by a delegation of investors and representatives of French companies, will hold a roundtable discussion with President Ahmed al-Sharaa and Syrian delegations.

The date of the visit has not yet been announced.
