Trump and Zelensky Set to Meet in Washington

President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky are scheduled to meet in Washington on Tuesday. A White House official said the meeting is planned, though the Ukrainian side is still awaiting official confirmation of the agenda.

A source within the Ukrainian government said Zelensky is interested in traveling to the United States but that his team is still awaiting final confirmation of the date.

Trump ally and right-wing activist Laura Loomer, who interviewed Zelensky, also mentioned the planned visit. According to her, the Ukrainian president confirmed that he will travel to the US next week and will attend the funeral of Senator Lindsey Graham.

Graham was one of Ukraine's most vocal supporters in the Senate and had long advocated for military aid to Kyiv, as well as stricter sanctions against Russia.
