Moscow Dismisses Reports of New Ukraine Peace Plan

The Kremlin says it has no specific information about any new proposals to end the war in Ukraine.

The statement came ahead of Tuesday's meeting in Washington between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to a Ukrainian source, US and Ukrainian officials discussed a proposal last week for a no-fly zone, which they hope to present to Russia as part of a new round of peace talks.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov dismissed the reports as media speculation, saying Moscow had received no specific details about any new proposals or initiatives.

Peskov also declined to comment on Zelensky's claim that Russia is preparing to deploy 30,000 North Korean soldiers in the Voronezh region.
