CIA Director Travels to Moscow for Talks

US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director John Ratcliffe traveled to Russia for meetings in Moscow on Tuesday, according to US media reports citing unnamed sources.

CBS News and Axios reported Ratcliffe’s visit but did not say whom he was meeting or what the talks were expected to cover.

Ratcliffe previously served as director of national intelligence and now heads the CIA under President Donald Trump.

The CIA did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the reports, while the Kremlin could not immediately be reached.
