Zelensky: Russia fired 3,500 drones and 190 missiles in September

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky pointed to a drastic intensification of Russian attacks—in September alone, Russia deployed over 3,500 drones and 190 missiles against Ukraine.

According to him, this is a systematic form of aerial terror intended not only to destroy Ukrainian infrastructure but also to exert pressure on neighboring countries.

Zelensky warned that the attacks were also provocative in nature toward Ukraine's partners and effectively extended the conflict beyond its borders. He therefore called for closer cooperation and joint defense to prevent chaos in the event of a direct threat.

If Europe does not take a coordinated approach to the situation, it could be unprepared for further escalations of Russian aggression, he warned.
