Four arrests after Trump-Epstein projection at Windsor Castle

Four people were arrested on Tuesday after images of Donald Trump together with sex offender Jeffrey Epstein were projected onto Windsor Castle. Trump will be received there by King Charles during his second state visit to the UK.

Trump landed in London on Tuesday evening and is to be welcomed with great ceremony on Wednesday at Windsor Castle, around 40 kilometers west of the capital. Activists had previously unfurled a huge banner featuring Trump and Epstein and then projected several images onto a castle tower.

Police described it as an “unauthorized projection” and a “public stunt.” Four adults were arrested on suspicion of malicious communication and remain in custody.

An alleged birthday letter from Trump to Epstein, which Democrats published in early September, was also shown, along with images of victims, media reports, and police documents. The White House disputes the authenticity of the letter.

The affair draws renewed attention to Trump's former connection to Epstein, with whom he was once friends before they fell out.
