Two hospitals in Gaza out of service after Israeli attacks
Due to the escalating Israeli offensive, two specialist clinics in Gaza – the Al-Rantissi Children's Hospital and the Eye Clinic – are no longer operational, according to the Ministry of Health in Gaza.
Both facilities were damaged in Israeli bombings; safe access for patients and staff is no longer possible.
According to the Jordanian army, its field hospital also had to be relocated from Tel al-Hawa to Khan Yunis after 16 years due to ongoing attacks and damaged equipment.
Meanwhile, Israeli tanks are advancing deeper into the center of Gaza and destroying residential areas. According to local authorities, at least 25 people were killed in Gaza on Monday. The UN warns that the situation in urban hospitals is catastrophic.
