Ukrainian drones struck a petrochemical plant in Russia during the night

The Ukrainian domestic intelligence service carried out a drone attack on the Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat petrochemical plant in the Russian region of Bashkiria during the night. According to a source at the Reuters news agency, the attack caused a fire.

This is already the second attack on a large industrial facility in this region within a week.

The first attack was a drone strike on the Bashneft-Novoil refinery in Ufa, the capital of Bashkiria, on September 12, which caused explosions and a large-scale fire.
