The convicted man pretended to be transgender in order to gain access to women's changing rooms

Richard Kenneth Cox, who had been convicted of sex crimes, pretended to be transgender in order to gain access to women's baths and changing rooms in Virginia, where, according to the indictment, he exposed himself to women and young girls.

Cox communicated under the pseudonym “Riki Cox” with Kathleen Clark, a member of the school board, complaining about alleged transphobic treatment in the swimming pool changing room, reports the National Review portal.

According to available records, Cox repeatedly used school district facilities that allow individuals who identify as transgender to use facilities that correspond to their so-called gender identity.

Parents filed complaints after several women reported an exhibitionist in the showers. In response, the operator introduced measures and a single-sex changing room.
