Russians dominate Uspenivka near Hulyaipol, advance elsewhere in eastern Zaporizhia

Russian troops have made significant advances in eastern Zaporizhzhya, where they have taken control of the village of Uspenivka, north of the town of Hulayapol, according to DeepState.

According to Unian, successes have also been recorded near the villages of Zlagoda, Solodka and Ochotnytsia, as well as Stepova Novoselivka in Kharkiv region.

Although media attention is currently focused mainly on Pokrovsk, according to analysts and the Ukrainian army, the situation is most critical in the eastern parts of Zaporizhia and Dnipropetrovsk.

These areas are the location of the fastest Russian advance on the front. Although only 16 per cent of the recorded fighting took place there in October, as much as 69 per cent of the territory seized by the Russians in that month was in this section.
