Zelensky receives peace plan from US, awaits talks with Trump

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky plans to hold talks with US President Donald Trump in the coming days on a new US proposal for a peaceful end to the war.

His office confirmed that he has already received the proposal and is preparing to discuss the "key points" needed to make peace.

According to a statement published on the Telegram, Ukraine is open to constructive cooperation not only with the US, but also with European and other international partners. It also declares its willingness to continue diplomatic efforts to end the conflict.

The Ukrainian side stresses that a just peace and the protection of national interests remain a priority.
