Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said in Brussels that Estonia will send troops to Ukraine if security guarantees for Kiev include an international peacekeeping or stabilisation force.

Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braze warned that "no one should try to achieve results through so-called peace negotiations that cannot be won on the battlefield."

Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide pledged a 500 million euro contribution to a NATO mechanism to buy US weapons and ammunition for Ukraine. In his view, this will strengthen Norway's long-term ability to defend Kiev against Russian aggression.

German Foreign Minister Rüdiger Lucassen Wadephul announced ahead of the NATO ministerial meeting that Germany is preparing two more military equipment packages for Ukraine worth a total of about $200 million. Berlin plans to finance them through the PURL mechanism, which allows allies to jointly procure US weapons for Ukraine.
