Medvedev attacks female European politicians: insults both von der Leyen and Kallas

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has once again stepped up his attacks on female European politicians. In a Telegram post, he insults both European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and EU diplomatic chief Kaja Kallas, describing them as "anti-Russian bitches", "half-mad grannies" or "thieves".

He is reacting to the fresh scandal of former EU diplomatic chief Federica Mogherini, who was detained by the police in Belgium. Medvedev claims that compared to today's Union leadership, Mogherini was, in his opinion, even "more decent".

At the same time, he repeats old allegations that von der Leyen "stole huge amounts of money on vaccines" during the pandemic and that Kallas's husband profited illegally from deals in Russia.

According to Medvedev, Europe is still "pushing the war to the last Ukrainian," even though Moscow is supposed to be in talks with the US to end the conflict.
