Bolsonaro was taken to hospital after falling and hitting his head

Former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, who is currently in jail, was rushed to hospital on Tuesday for an examination after he fell and hit his head, his wife said in a social media post.

"We are going to the hospital. My love will undergo tests," she wrote on Instagram, adding that the 70-year-old right-wing leader fell while sleeping.
