Zelensky: Russia is deliberately attacking in freezing temperatures, this is terrorism against people

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accused Russia on Facebook of targeted attacks on civilian infrastructure during freezing weather.

According to him, Moscow fired more than a thousand drones, hundreds of aerial bombs, and dozens of missiles at Ukraine in a single week, targeting mainly energy facilities and residential buildings.

Zelensky claims that these attacks have no military significance and are solely acts of terror aimed at civilians. He emphasized that the Russian army deliberately timed the attacks to coincide with a period of severe frost in order to further worsen the situation of the Ukrainian population.

He speaks of cynical and deliberate terror aimed at breaking people both mentally and physically.
