Bloomberg: Witkoff and Kushner want to negotiate with Putin in Moscow

According to Bloomberg, White House Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner want to travel to Moscow to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Bloomberg, citing sources familiar with the situation, said the meeting could take place later this month, but plans are not final and the date could be postponed due to unrest in Iran.

Witkoff and Kushner have been acting as key emissaries for the Trump administration in negotiations on Ukraine in recent weeks. According to Axios, they previously met with Russian emissary Kirill Dmitriev in Paris to discuss the US peace proposal for Ukraine.
