Trump praises Rodríguez, says oil ‘starting to flow’

US President Donald Trump praised Venezuela’s acting president, Delcy Rodríguez, saying oil was beginning to flow from the country.

‘Delcy Rodríguez, who is the president of Venezuela, is doing a great job and is working very well with US representatives. Oil is starting to flow, and it’s nice to see professionalism and determination on both sides,’ Trump wrote on Truth Social.

He posted the message after US Interior Secretary Doug Burgum met Rodríguez in Venezuela.
