Ukraine can regain all lost territories, claims US president

US President Donald Trump stated that Ukraine would be able to regain all territories occupied by Russia if it had the full support of the European Union and NATO.

He posted his conviction on the Truth Social platform shortly after meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in New York.

Zelensky described the meeting as important and also wanted to discuss US involvement in future security guarantees for Ukraine.

Trump added that the United States will continue to supply weapons to NATO, which the alliance can use at its discretion.

The Ukrainian delegation indicated that strengthening air defenses and possibly mediating a meeting between Zelensky and Vladimir Putin as part of Trump's peace initiative will also be topics of discussion.
