Trump: US able to counter drone attacks without Ukraine

In an interview with Fox News Radio, US President Donald Trump said the United States does not need Ukraine’s help to defend against drone attacks.

Responding to a question from the host of ‘The Brian Kilmeade Show’, he said that, in his view, US defences are capable of dealing with such threats without foreign support.

Trump also suggested that Russian President Vladimir Putin may be helping Iran to some extent.

According to Trump, Moscow may see this as a form of balance, since Russia can assume that the United States is supporting Ukraine on the other side.
