Israel says war with Iran escalating into decisive phase

Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz said the war against Iran is ‘escalating’ and has entered a ‘decisive phase that will continue for as long as necessary’.

‘Only the Iranian people can end this through a decisive struggle, until the terrorist regime falls and Iran is saved,’ he added.

The defence minister made the remarks during an assessment meeting he held on Saturday morning with Israeli Defence Forces chief of staff Eyal Zamir and the army’s senior leadership.
