Kyiv: Russia launches large-scale air strike on Ukraine

Russia has been carrying out a large-scale, round-the-clock air strike on Ukraine since Thursday evening, the Ukrainian Air Force said on Friday, adding that a large number of drones were currently in Ukrainian airspace.

Air Force spokesman Yurii Ihnat said on state television that Russia had launched more than 400 long-range drones in the past 24 hours, as well as ten ballistic missiles, primarily targeting areas near the front line.
