Iran Says US Failed to Build Trust During Negotiations

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf said on Sunday that Iran’s delegation had presented “innovative” proposals during talks in Islamabad, Pakistan, but that the US had failed to build trust.

“The US has understood Iran’s logic and principles and it is time for it to decide whether it can win our trust or not,” Qalibaf, a member of the Iranian negotiating team, said in a post on X.
