Jeremy Lott has been many things over the arc of his career: a reporter, an editor, a storyteller, a small business owner. He is the author of several books for adults and for children. These include a history of the American vice presidency and, most recently, The Three Feral Pigs and the Vegan Wolf. For Statement, he writes about the politics and economics of North America. He lives in the state of Washington with his wife and two young children. They could see Canada from their house if a big hedge was not blocking the view.
